The jury concluded that the business acted reasonably in maintaining the parking lot.

The plaintiff alleged that an employee of the grocery store negligently caused his vehicle to collide with the Plaintiff’s vehicle while acting in the course and scope of his employment. The jury rendered a defense verdict and concluded that the plaintiff was negligent and that her negligence was greater than the negligence of the employee driver.
