Nick Klann and Cati Shadakofsky received a favorable appellate decision. White and Steele filed a Motion to Dismiss a common law bad faith claim filed against an insurer and the trial court granted the motion, finding that Plaintiff’s complaint failed to state a viable claim.
Plaintiff appealed the decision, and the Colorado Court of Appeals affirmed.
