Workers Compensation defense attorney sought. Candidate with 1-5 years of experience preferred. Attorney will handle hearings, prehearings, settlement conferences and depositions. The ideal candidate will have experience taking and defending depositions, briefing and arguing substantive motions, and second-chairing trials.
