Keith Olivera testified as an expert for the defendant insurance company on Colorado Insurance Industry Standards generally, and for the handling of collision claims, in a recent trial. The plaintiffs claimed their insurance company breached the contract, acted in bad faith, and unreasonably delayed the claim. The jury returned a defense verdict in favor of the insurance company. Several jurors stated after the trial that Keith’s testimony was particularly compelling.
