Cati Shadakofsky and Keith Olivera were awarded summary judgment for their insurance client in an uninsured motorist (UM) statutory unreasonable delay case in Pueblo. The issues involved the alleged unreasonable delay of both economic and non-economic damages and the use of third-party software to support the evaluation of reasonable medical expenses. The judge dispelled with all arguments of plaintiff and entered judgment for the defendant.
